On July 24th, Southside Speedway will continue our community appreciation nights recognizing Henrico and Hanover residents. In order to receive the $5 Adult General Admission ticket, fans will have to present their Virginia Issued Photo ID at the ticketing window. This discount is not valid with any other promotional offer. Southside Speedway is happy to be able to provide central Virginian’s with an economical family entertainment option. We are looking forward to continuing our community appreciation nights throughout the season, keep your eyes on the website for this and any additional promotions becoming available.
July 31st will mark our Fan Appreciation Coke Night at the Races! Southside Speedway, in partnership with Coca-Cola, Sysco, 93.1 the Wolf and more will be giving away Hot Dogs to the first 300 fans, Hats & T-Shirts, Key Chains, Amusement Park Tickets, Gift Certificates and more. The grand prize of the night will be a Flat Screen TV, courtesy of Coca-Cola.

About Southside Speedway- Southside Speedway, “The Toughest Short Track in the South,” was established in 1959 by J.M. Wilkinson and currently owned by his daughters, Sue Clements and Patsy Stargardt. The track is proud to remain Chesterfield County’s favorite family friendly entertainment venue. The .33 mile oval track features races from 6 different divisions. During the historic 2009 season, April 10th through September 4th, the speedway will host Friday Night races, featuring the Late Model and Modified divisions.
